Chris Carpenter began his career as a drummer in various bands including his high school band at the age of fifteen.  Chris started singing and composing on guitar and piano at the age of twenty.   His musical adventures have taken him across America writing and singing his songs in coffee houses, clubs and special events.  When Chris plays and sings he captures the hearts of his audience and mesmerizes them with an enchanting and spellbinding charisma.    Chris Carpenter would be a wonderful addition to any theater season program.  He is a prolific songwriter with a contemporary style.   Chris is currently involved in several  music projects.  In his spare time he devotes as much time as he can to his personal life and exploring the many facets of his artistic endeavors.                                                                                              

Chris Carpenter spent many campfire nights as a child listening to his mom write and play music as they traveled across the great United States.

 

Chris' love of music started at a very early age.  He learned to play piano by ear and fell in love with music at the age of four.
